An amazing sports complex
At the Copenhagen International Cup, football and an exploration of the city make an excellent combination. Everyone knows the atmospheric and bustling city of Copenhagen for its famous Tivoli amusement park, the Little Mermaid and Europe's longest shopping street, the Strøget. But there is plenty to enjoy here in terms of sport too. The tournament is played at the wonderful Ballerup Idrætsby Sports Complex with its 12 beautiful grass pitches and a great stadium, as well as other facilities like an indoor swimming pool. Want to explore Copenhagen? It's just 20 minutes by train or car to the centre.
