Highly recommended
In the Dutch handball world, the province of Limburg traditionally occupies a prominent place. Nowhere in the Netherlands can you find so many clubs together that are active at a high level. You will find them in Venlo, Weert , Panningen, Roermond, Valkenburg, Beek, Sittard and Geleen. The latter neighbouring towns in the heart of southern Limburg host the Limburg Handball Cup. V&L is an experienced organiser that has hosted several international tournaments, both for top teams and youth. And if you want a look outside the sports hall, Sittard's cosy, historic market square is highly recommended.

Sittard-Geleen
Located in the province of Limburg, Sittard-Geleen (92,624 inhabitants) borders directly on both Belgium and Germany as one of four Dutch municipalities. An international field of participants is therefore expected at the Limburg Handball Cup. Besides playing handball in V&L's modern sports hall, a visit to the heart of Sittard -the market square, is more than worthwhile.
