The Friuli Cup takes place at 3 different locations in and around Lignano. The main location is the Guido Teghil Municipal Stadium, which contains a 11v11 natural grass pitch with stands, a latest-generation 11v11 synthetic grass pitch, and two latest-generation 7v7 synthetic grass pitches. The second location is the Franco Comisso Municipal Stadium in Precenicco, which contains a 11v11 natural grass pitch with stands and a secondary 11v11 natural grass pitch that can be set up with two 7v7 pitches. The third location is the Municipal Teor with two 11v11 natural grass pitches with grandstands. Lignano Sabbiadoro is known as the City of Sport and of the sporting holiday, where any sport can be practised as the city is equipped with welcoming and renovated facilities. All locations are a 15-20 minute drive from each other.

Lignano Sabbiadoro / Bibione
Lignano Sabbiadoro (7,000 inhabitants) and Bibione (2,500 inhabitants) are located on the tip of the peninsula directly opposite the seaside resort of Grado on the other side of the Lagune di Marano. In addition to long, wide sandy beaches and a lively marina, the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Bibione offer pleasant car-free shopping streets with cafe bars, terraces and of course ice cream parlours where the “gelato” is available in many flavours.
