The name of the tournament alone conjures up that lovely holiday feeling.  Enjoy a game of football on pitches that offer a view over the stunning Lake Garda, close to famous spa towns such as Desenzano, Sirmione and Peschiera - that's the Trofeo Valtenesi del Garda. It doesn't get better than that. What's more, the organiser's - A.S.D. Valtenesi - enthusiasm for the tournament  is clear to see: the sports parks are festively decorated and the international competition is accompanied by a celebratory opening ceremony and an official prize-giving. The Valtenesi del Gardia Trofeo tournament takes place at three locations between Polpenazze del Garda and the modern Stadio Rovizza in Sirmione on the south-western shores of Lake Garda. Each location has 2-3 pitches, grandstands and café bars with terraces. The Polpenazze del Garda sports park offers the bonus of a wonderful view of Lake Garda. Participants in Sirmione can swim for free in the adjacent swimming pool.

Polpenazze del Garda

The Trofeo Valtenesi del Garda takes place on the south-west bank of Lake Garda – one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, Here you’ll find attractions like Sirmione, Padenge sul Garda and Desenzano del Garda. The primary location is Polpenazze del Garda – a modest sized town with ambitious organisers. The other locations are on the south-west bank between Padenge and Desenzano.

Gardaland Amusement Park

Gardaland is the largest and most popular amusement park in Italy. With more than 50 attractions, including spectacular roller coasters, dark rides, water rides and shows, boredom will never be an issue!

Lake Garda

Lake Garda lies in northern Italy. It's the country's largest lake, with a surface area of 369.98 km2. It's surrounded by stunning countryside that boasts deep blue waters, oleanders, lemon trees and cypresses. 

Sirmione
​On a peninsula in the south of Lake Garda sits the beautiful village of Sirmione. It's one of the most popular tourist spots on Lake Garda, and with good reason. Sirmione is famous for its glorious castle, which offers spectacular views over the town and Lake Garda. Along the northern side of the peninsula, you'll find the Grottoes of Catallus (the remains of the Roman Villa Romana) and Lake Garda's top museum: Antiquarium.
