A nemzetközi futball világa
A Holland Cup 25 éve alatt Európa minden pontjáról érkező csapatok találkozóhelyének számít. A résztvevőket az izgalmas nemzetközi verseny és a más országokból érkező focibarátok megismerése vonzza az eseményre. A holland foci ezen eseménye világosan bizonyítja, hogy a futball nem ismer határokat, és olyan univerzális nyelv, amit mindenki egyaránt megért. A verseny helyszíne az Amsterdamtól kissé keletre fekvő Almere. A tapasztalt szervezők hatékonyan összeállított programot kínálnak, amiben még egy Amsterdami látogatás is helyet kap - hiszen nyilvánvalóan ez a külföldi vendégek érdeklődésének egyik lényeges pontja. A Holland Cup tornát a 2008-as alapítású FC Almere és az AS'80 szervezi.
A klub a mérkőzéseit egy gyönyörű sport parkban játssza Almere-Havenben (Harbour).
Az AS'80 1980-ban alakult a ”Futball nagyszerű az AS'80-nál” mottó alapján. Ez a szlogen a mai napig helytálló. Az AS'80 modern klubházzal, három pályával (3 füves és 2 műfüves pálya) rendelkezik.

Almere
Almere (200,000 inhabitants) was built on reclaimed land and is the fastest growing city in the Netherlands. It is located just 20 km from Amsterdam, on the opposite side of the IJmeer lake. By train it takes just 20 minutes to reach the centre of Amsterdam. But there's no need to take the train if you want to shop, as Almere has one of the largest shopping centres in the Netherlands.
