When you think of Lake Garda, you probably think of sun, water and scenic spots on the shores of Lake Garda. Good news: the Trofeo del Garda fits perfectly into that picture! The tournament takes place on the south side of Lake Garda close to Padenghe and Sirmione, both medieval towns with a fortress and a cosy centre full of restaurants and terraces. As icing on the cake, the tournament takes place on two beautiful sports parks, each with three fields plus various facilities. No wonder that teams from all over the Alpine region register every year.

The Trofeo del Garda takes place on the southern shore of Lake Garda, not far from your hotel. The sports centers are those of Sirmione and Padenghe sul Garda, both have two 11-person pitches, one 9-person pitch, bar and restaurant services and games for children.

Padenghe sul Garda
Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda with an ideal climate in every season and very easy to reach. Padenghe sul Garda is immersed in the green morainic hills which, softly arranged in a crown, cover a large area. This land is the production area of the most important D.O.C. of the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico" belongs to the Valtenesi, the agricultural area that extends to the south-west of Garda, between Padenghe and Salò. You can also taste other renowned DOC wines, such as Chiaretto, Rosso and Rosso Superiore, with a harmonious and inviting taste and flavour.
Sirmione
Sirmione is one of the most famous villages of Lake Garda, which it crosses thanks to its unique geographical conformation, with a peninsula that "cuts" the lake separating the Brescia side from the Veronese side. Known throughout the world, Sirmione hosts tourists all year round who visit its wonders such as the historic center enclosed within the castle or the historic areas of the Grotte di Catullo. Sirmione is also renowned for its food and wine production and thermal springs where you can find relaxation or perform medical treatments.

Gardaland is the largest and most popular amusement park in Italy. With more than 50 attractions, including spectacular roller coasters, dark rides, water rides and shows, boredom will never be an issue!
Lake Garda
The hotspots of Lake Garda are located on the southern shore of the lake. Popular seaside resorts here are Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione, Desenzano del Garda and Padenghe sul Garda. The places offer an attractive center with lively shopping streets and countless cafe bars with terraces. Along the shore of the lake you will find all kinds of sandy beaches and a car-free pedestrian promenade. The main location Padenghe sul Garda is dominated by an imposing fortress high on the top of a hill. You can see the castle from the sports park of organizer Vingenzhi Calcio. Then you do get a real holiday feeling.
